Duties:
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Oversee workforce management activities, including scheduling and attendance tracking
- Utilize HR software such as Workday and UltiPro for data management and reporting
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback for professional growth
- Handle various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Collect and analyze HR-related data to support decision-making processes
- Utilize platforms like Paylocity for payroll and benefits administration
- Manage social media accounts for HR-related communications

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in human resources functions such as payroll, workforce management, and training development
- Familiarity with HR software systems like Workday, UltiPro, and Paylocity
- Strong understanding of employee evaluation processes
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Proficiency in social media management for HR purposes
